C++ Builder

I'm looking for a C++ builder that's free and effective. If you could please get me a link, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You can download the compiler for free from Borland's site (

http://www.borland.com/downloads/download_cbuilder.html).

If you want the GUI/RAD you can download a trial version but you will eventually have to pay for it.
