As you know I have been programming by using BCB for a few years, but I haven't been very happy because Borland prefers Delphi than BCB.

In our carrer, you know that technology changes very fast, so if something new is released, the old technology go to the trash and it is not going to be useful anymore.

That what I think about BCB. There are many years since last version of BCB was released. At least Borland is preparing us a surpsise we should be thinking about migrating to another IDE, like Visual Studio, Delphi, JBuilder, etc.

Months ago I started my migration to C# using Visual Studio .NET and I got very surprised about similarity between both. It hasn't been very difficult to migrate from BCB (my favorite) to Visual C#.Net. I think you should give it a try too.

Everything that BCB has, VC# has too. even more and better.

I think I'm starting to love MicroSoft .NET technology.

I wanted to talk you this because I always was very grateful with your help, but it's time to fly to another RAD.

Interesting site.

The fact is I'm going to start a new project (a big one), but I need to be sure about the future of the programing language. I know that Borland is going to tell us the way that BCB is goint to take on December 15th. Is my responsability to make a good desition. But my favorite is and will be BCB.

Is very frustrating for me that, because I have learned a lot of BCB and Borland is going to kill BCB.

I started learning Visual Basic, then I migrate to Dephi but when I met BCB I noticed the real advantages over others. First, it was a C++ Compiler. It had or has the same RAD than Delphi.

So that's why I feel like betrayed.
