C++ Builder File Renaming

Periodically, C++ Builder seems to change the case of source files (e.g. TEST.H renames to TEST.h or even Test.h)

Has anyone else ever seen this or am I just hallucinating?

If C++ Builder is "at fault", is there any way to configure it to leave file names alone?

I have not BUT I do know Builder copies the original file to *.~* so it maybe possible that the new file is being renamed depending on certain rules hidden somewhere.
