Can anyone let me know whether they have come across a worm virus calling itself c.bat.
It starts with a file named 'c.bat', which runs an ftp script named '.pif'... this installs msnms.exe onto the machine and then the registry, then proceeds to find other machines on the network and installs itself.
We have killed it from the machine and the reg, and updated the AVD server and set the machines AV software with the latest DAT file, but it re-installs itself again, any ideas ?
