Does anyone have a way for a caller who gets directed into a users mailbox to press a command (such as the # key) to leave a message without listening to the entire greeting? Essentially bypassing the users greeting to immediately leave a message?
Just figured it out!!! By pressing *H for help the first help message was to press "1" to leave a message. Does anyone know if there is a document for end users which details all the default mailbox options? This would be incredibly helpful. There is alot of documentation for IP Office and the phones and wasn't sure if there was a specific end user guide for VOICEMAIL PRO mailbox. I know there is a document for the embedded voicemail.
