Is there any way to Bypass open/save dialog when downloading files like a .doc or .xls from the internet

Try thread215-788275 - but once you're in the advanced properties make sure 'Browse in same window' is selected. Sorry if this doesn't help, I'm no expert but I did have the same problem in reverse (I wanted to force the prompt!)
