Every time I give a project I ahve worked on to an end user they are attacked by warnings about how the databse may harm ther computer. I have created a signature but this doesn't seem to help. Does anyone know where they hid the setting so I can stop these warnings.

I don't have 2003 handy, but if memory serves look in Tools/Macro/Security.

If you used selfcert to generate your code signing certificate this doesn't contain a path to a root certificate authority, hence won't be usable by your application.

Without buying a full code signing certificate suitable for VBA developers, the next best way is to set up trusted paths for the database location in the Office setup (can be delivered through a group policy to the machine or user on the network).

John,
This sounds perfect. Can you give me more detail on how to do this?

To set the paths as group policies (to force it on everybody), you will need your network administration staff to set this up. Long term it will be more manageable than individually setting the folders for each PC or user account.
