Bypass HQ ISP with local ISP and maintain DC connectivity

So here's my dilemma, at work we have a fractional T1 that is very slow for data and it's used for our phones as well so i can't get it. i was however approved to get data services from a local provider. so my problem is how can i configure my 1941W to route all my internet traffic through our local provide and all the DC traffic back through the T1? i made a diagram to make this simpler:
