By Pass Save as Dialogbox . . . .Can this be done?

I've got a database where I generate a report in which I print off commission statements by sales rep as PDF files (No Problem) and then E-mail them(again no problem). What I want to do is open the report filtered by sales rep and then automatically print the report to a PDF saving it to a specific file folder with the SalesRep# as the report name. Right now each time I print the report I'm getting the Save As Dialog Box. I really don't want to trip though 400 sales reps and manually type in the sales rep number or navigate to a file folder.

If someone can get me pointed in the right direction, I would appriciate it.
