Im trying to setup outlook integration with out VoIP system. The VoIP system tries to install this bwoutlook.cab and it starts to install it but then closes IE completely. Running windows xp pro sp2, office 2k3 sp3, and ie 7.0. when i try to get back into the call manager it closes ie again. if i disable bwoutlook.cab in the manage addons section, it loads call manager fine but tries to install it again. when i reinstall it, it does the same thing. it is only one machine that is doing this, all other machines with the same configuration work fine and it installs no problem. This user is the owner of the company and needs his call manager to work. The VoIP company didnt help much. it first didnt work in ie 6.0 so i upgraded to 7.0 with no luck. also tried upgrading from office 2k3 sp2 to office 2k3 sp3 and that didnt work either. This users pst file is very large, 1.6gigs, so maybe something to do with that? i cant find anything on who makes this cab file or any other support info online so im coming here as a last resort. please please please help me!!!
