bvm 400 3.7 call pilot

hello,
I seem to have a random issue with 3.7 bcm. Press feature 981 and says call pilot busy, while this says call pilot busy on the sets calls are still answered by AA. This only happens for a few minutes then its fine. It happens on random phones and will occationally just freeze the phone(loose the display, and have to unplug and replug phone to get back) when f 981 is pressed. Any suggestions on where to begin? I have installed cummulitve patch.

well maybe the patch did it no problems for days.

I had this problem soemthime ago, the boxed was shipped with it. You need to reinstall call pilot, i can't remember how to do it but im it was
