One of our employees at another location called and asked if there was a way to silence the "buzz" on a when on a conference call, and another call is coming in on that person's 2nd line. This employee said she used to hit *6 (or some SPRE code) and it doesn't work anymore.
Is this a possible feature? The system is an Option 11 and the phone is a 2616.
