Buying Nokia appliance

I asked a vendor to write down the specifications of a nokia appliance in failover mode.
Unfortunately he wrote me down the pix 525 ones.
Now I have to compare the pix 525 with the nokia.
I was thinking about a 2 Nokia Ip 380.
I'd Like to know if it is the correct price choice (the pix 525 is the competitor of ip380)
I'd like to know if ip380 appliance is able to work in load balancing and if it can work as a proxy and it has a feature of url filtering.
