Buying license per CPU?

When we buy the license for TX, does it matter if our CPU's are hyper-threaded? For instance, we bought for two CPU's, but our procs are hyper-threaded, which means 4..kinda. Just checking to make sure we are compliant.

AFAIK, you need to have a license per CPU, including hyperthreaded.
Comtact your sales person, since this could change as CPUs get more cores and other new technology.
