Buying advice on pocket pc

I'm ready to buy a pocket pc, here's what I need:

1. Gps (If you've had good experiences in this area, let me know what gps you used)
2. I want to use pocket streets on it, so has anyone had any experience with this?
3. WiFi, Either built in or (I think) I can buy a compactflash wifi adapter (My home network has 128-bit wep encryption, is this okay?
4. I'd like a camera on it, if I have to buy a seperate module, that's okay too. I want to use it as a webcam and it doesn't have to be very high resolution.
5. I'd like to also play games, and mp3's

Anything else you can add is most appreciated!!
