Buy new PC - important components

Hi,

I will buy a new PC. What are the components to pay attention to in order to have After Effects to work better (eg: graphic card or more ram or better CPU)?

RAM and a good video card are really the most important things, equally. I would have to say video card is more important, because you can always purchase more RAM as you go along. Buy as much RAM as you can.

Secondarily, you may want to consider a second hard drive to store your media. If you can get an internal RAID, all the better.

I got a BOXX laptop; runs Adobe excellently.
