buttons on a form to display certain records

there's this one form (the company info form) and it has a link to another form (the employee form).

for each company there are up to 4 different test dates, and emps can be tested on any of the four dates.

what i want to do is to click on a button to list the employees for that month, and that month only. i also want to be able to add/edit an employee for that month.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

For a clear answer, you need to list the required table fields.

Need to see the tables where the 4 dates are and the table where the employee is, and the relationship between the emp and those dates.
