I'm using Windows XP on a Pentium IV.

Today, I noticed that the task buttons that normall appear on the bottom bar of Windows has disappeared. I still see "Quick Launch" and I still see the System Tray wiith its icons. However, the buttons that are related to my open windows are not there.

Any ideas?

Obvious question...do you have any open windows? Next obvious question, do you have enough room between your quick launch bar and your system tray to display anything?

Thanx "bcastner" for the fix. It worked!

To answer Davetoo: Yes, I did have open windows. And yes, there was enough space. Seems like it was a registry problem.
