Buttons, actionscript3...WTF?

Hey guys,
Recently got Flash CS3 and just can't seem to get my head around AS3. I have a button with and instance name of "ins_button" (the button's own name is btn_mybutton).

On click the button i want it to go to labeled frame "lb_proceed". How do I do this? I'm not even a noob to flash and am struggling.

Reality is built on a foundation of dreams.
