Hi

I am working in Access 2003.

I have a data entry form with many option groups but want to be able to add a button for the user to undo their entry (for cases where the entry should be blank due to missing information on the form).

But is it possible for the button to open up a list of all controls on the form and then the user selects which one they want to undo? If so how would this be done? Thanks.

You could manually create a combo box with names of your option groups. Use the after update event to set the option group value to Null. I would probably us a double-click or something on the option group frame but it's up to you.

Hi Duane

You are brilliant....the double click makes way more sense! I'll give that a go and reply if I need more help!

Thanks again.
