Button to Shortcut does not work

I have a button on my web page that has a hyperlink to a shortcut to an Access Form. When I click on the button nothing happens.

If I Control + Click on it to follow the hyperlink it opens the form.

What am I doing wrong?

you are trying to click on the button while you are in design mode, hyperlinks do not work in design mode, you need to be in the actual show mode, or online for hyperlinks to work...

I have tried it from the preview tab in FP and IE and the button does nothing.
