button to change the value of a specific field and save the document

Hi guys,

Please could someone help me with a formula in R5 that will amend a specif field in a document (or selected documents)?

I have a database which has a field called (Current status) and the value is either 'open' or 'closed'. I'd like to select a number of documents within a specific view and change them all to closed.

I've written a couple of formulas before but am still quite a novice at this.

All you need to do is create an agent that runs on all selected documents, and use a simple agent to change the Status field to Closed.
