I have dig.telephone 4412D+ button 1,2,3 is ext 742 button 4 brd.ext 738.I check switch and ext. 738 is set to ring,but when you call 738,this line don't ring.Please help

"button 1,2,3 is ext 742" - these are the System Access buttons for the extension itself, and it happens to be Ext. 742?

"button 4 brd.ext 738" - Bridged Extension 738? Do you mean a Coverage Button for Ext. 738?

"but when you call 738,this line don't ring" - The Coverage Button for 738 is set to No Ring?

Dial #00
Press the Button that covers Ext. 738
If the display says Primary Cover 738-N (or -D), dial *37 to change it to Immediate Ring
Press Speaker to finish
