Button programming. Feature 986 1

I am trying to program F986 (Transfer a call to another mail box) into the reception phone button. When you list all the features that you can program it won't let you program anything starting with a 9. Is there any other feature or way of answering a incoming call and then place that call into a specific voicemail.

Dial
F*3
Press the button to become F983;
Dial F983, the screen will come back and say 'programmed'.

Thanks F983 is for the system administration. We don't want anyone to get wind of that.... F986 worked perfectly.

Sorry.. but your admin F should be password protected... which password can be changed.

True, that was the story when I took over the phone system. It's a good thing you can resetsmpswd. I'll have to look into password protecting. Thanks
