button placement -how to make them stay at bottom

hi,

I have a page with a grid that changes depending on the user's input. It could be 10 rows or 20 rows,etc...
I have some buttons at the bottom including a submit button, and another button for another page.

My buttons sometimes move to the middle of the screen if I get a lot of rows. I made everything "absolutely positon" and I put the buttons in a panel. How do I make them stay at the bottom? Is it a different positioning?

Use flow layout for the page and use tables or CSS .
