Button module labels not saving

I have a 9641 with 3 button modules that lost all of the labels overnight. I checked in ASM and all of the labels for the busy-ind options are blank. The autodial labels however are still there. I re-entered all of the labels and commit the change. It says it was successful, however, when you view the endpoint it shows blank labels in ASM again. I tried changing the extension argument to make sure the commit is actually applied and it is updating, so it appears that something is preventing labels for busy-ind buttons on this phone. I tried updating labels on a different extensions and those did stick so I'm not too sure what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try removing the station. Be sure to remove it from the deleted. Then add it back in.

I hate to be that guy, but are you on the latest firmware for these devices, along with the latest ASM patches?
Lot's of bugs around J100 and 96x1 phones involve phone button placement, "favorite" checkbox and some other layout/labeling options. It was rough between 7 and 10 in that regard.
