I have a few 9608 phones with 2 addon modules BM12. For some reason when the phone reboots the first module will lose all of its labels. We do have a backup utility server and if I do a manual restore I get a message that says "Retrieval successfull". The AD 25 used to say HOME, the AD 26 used to say HOME1 and the AD 27 used to say HOME2.
We are at this version below. 9608 bin files are below. Any assistance on this would be very appreciated.

I have made other changes since the screen shots that I sent as you can see in the programming. I am going to be updating from SSP3 to SSP 8 tonight as well as updateing the CM bin files to this version. I need to update to 02.0.229.0-28126 as well as SSP8. I have 3 ESS's that I have already updated, now I just have to do my duplex CM's.

Update on issue. Last night I applied SSP8 from SSP3 as well as patch 02.0.229.0-28126. When I came in this morning I rebooted the phones and the labeling did not disappear. I dont know if it was the rebooting of CM after the patches were applied or if it was the patch itself. Either way it looks good now. Here are the button labels.
