Our users want on their IP Phone a button to put themselves in or out the hunt group to which they belong.
How can this be done?

hi,
Have you ACD-y on system-parameters customer-options form?

Hello,

ACD = y
I suppose you want to suggest to work with agents.
But the answer is ... NO !

So, is it possible to log in or out a hunt group without call center functionality (agents)?

As an idea...
What do you think if change ip phone settings to login as first station for hunt-group or second station as non hunt- group user . May be your IP phone can have several profiles to load?

krad,

it is not possible to log in or out of a hunt group without using call center functionality. though you may use basic call center functionality without agent-loginids.

try giving them a coverage path and a send-calls button. Activating the send-calls will prevent the station to be considered by the hunt-group (as long as it is not an acd group, then you should use aux-work).

Ok, So I have two options:

1) Using send-calls
2) Logging in with different extension with different profiles...

Thank you all for the info and ideas!

1.Setup a standard hunt group (non-acd)
2.Assign your IP phone extension into the hunt group
3.Setup a AUX button on each IP phone
4.When they enable AUX button the call will not hunt to them once disable AUX.
