Button Back Up

I noticed that Partner ACS 6 is backing up all configurations except for the buttons on each of the sets. I had to reprogram them manually.

Is there any version that backs up the buttons as well or is there an option I should have used?

It should also backup button assignments. You might have an early version of R6 with a glitch in the firmware. Dial F59 at any display phone to see the version. R6.0B has the updated DST schedule.

Do you know if there was also a problme with F399 ( copy set ) I could not get the buttons on this R6 to copy to another set.

Copy set only copies the following, not user customized buttons:
