busyout/release mis!

hello;
we use frequently avaya site administration to administer our server S8720, all was going well!
now we can't busyout/release board, trunk.... just we can busyout/release mis.
when we tape in ASA busyout and help the only possibility is "mis"
in ASA:

mis



Or press CANCEL to cancel the command

someone who has had this problem please help us.

This should have been posted in the Avaya section. But the problem is you are using a customer login. Customer logins do not
have busyout/release access.
