BusyOut Hunt Group

I need to make a change to a hunt group and we have multiple agents skilled for that hunt group. Is there any way to busyout a hunt group or put it out of service so I can make those changes without taking all of the agents out?

What kind of change? Some things can be changed on the fly but you can set up feature codes to busy/release hunt groups.

I need to change it to an EAS skill. It says object in use when I try to make that change.

The hunt-group form will no longer have members when you change it to a skilled EAS hunt-group

The hunt-group cannot be changed or removed while group members of the non-skilled hunt-group are active.
