busying/releasing a t1 board

I have a reoccuring problem on a Definity where T1 Provider keeps dropping circuit. If I bust out a board "busyout board 01a09" then Realease it, "release board 01a09" is the board back in service or is there another step?

That is the only to steps needed to bring the circuit back up on your end

Have you checked clock? I have seen a lot of techs forget to chang sync and add the ds1 pack too it.

Have you checked the system alarms if any you could test board xxx long clear
