In the Avaya Definity Little instruction book there is a
feature called 'Busy Verify' but I can't seem to find
out how to add it ?

Any ideas ? They mention ACA and Security Violations button, Cover message retrieval button, major/minor alarm buttons, Trunk ID buttons & Verify button.

I use verify all the time. However I donot use it to barge into conversations. Assign Verify to a button. You will now need to know what trunk you need to monitor. For example the trunk is 2 and the member is 5. You press verify the set will pick the idle appearence and return dial tone. You new press the TAC code for trunk 2 followed by the member number. Example above the tac code for trunk 2 is 102 and the member is 5. The key press will be 102005. You will now barge into the coversation with a talk path. All parties will hear barge in tone and the displays will show conference. All parties will hear barge in tone every couple of seconds. Also the Dial Access option on the trunk form must be set to Y

Be careful with this there might be legal as well as company policies issues.

Hope this helps
