Busy trunk without service impacting in a graceful manner.

Hi,

I have a trunk group 100 which is associate to several E1 spread across several gateways. My intention is to upgrade firmware for G450 and would not like to have trunk 100 to goes down.

HOw do a busy out trunk members within a single gateway in a shortes timeframe?

e.g Trunk 100 has 120 mebers say i would like to busyout first 30 members without cutting off the calls.

Can I camp-on busy trunk 100/1, camp on busy trunk 100/2 one by one or is there a quicker method to busy out in agraceful manner say in a range camp-on busy trunk 100/1-30?

You can use the camp-on command (campon-busyout trunk 100). Calls that are in progress will stay connected. Once they hang up the syatem will busy the trunks.
