Hi, here's the scenario. Exec has 3 call appearances and wants to keep the ability to receive multiple calls. However, if he chooses to ignore a call because he's on a call, he wants that caller to get his "I'm on the phone" greeting instead of his normal greeting. As of now, callers only get his busy greeting if all call appearances are in use. Is there a way to manipulate this in voicemail pro? I was thinking maybe there's a variable where I can say inbound call on appearance b or c gets greeting 2. Appreciate all suggestions.
