Busy Tone 1

Hi


i have avaya ip office server edition 9.1.8 and i want to hear busy tone when i call someone he already on a call, i can keep only 1 call appearance, but this will effect on conference call. how to do this without losing conference call. ?

Give the user two CA keys and check (select) reserve last CA key against the user.
Turn voicemail off.

Now dieting.
