Hi all

I am in the task of initiating voice mail boxes for all the extensions. I have created voice mail boxes for all extensions. done the initial setup with some extensions on trial base. I have all digital extensions in my exchange Dialog4223 and DECT phones also. There is no voice mail boxes for DECT phones.
Now I will come to the point.
Problem 1) I have initiated voice mail box for extensions 2366&2369.
For extension 2369, if i dial from DECT phones,i am getting message to "leave message after tone". but as soon as i start speaking or like in 5seconds the call is getting disconnected, could not leave message to the mailbox. But from a Digital Extn i can leave message, there is no problem.
In extension 2366, there is nothing wrong at all. everything working fine, i can leave message from digital extension as well as from dect phones.

what could be this problem?

Code:
<KSCAP:DIR=2366;
KEY SYSTEM CATEGORY PRINT
DIR TRAF SERV CDIV ROC ITYPE TRM ADC LANG BSEC
2366   00040415  0200110700  011151000  000001  28     0    00000000000000  F     0

END

<KSCAP:DIR=2369;
KEY SYSTEM CATEGORY PRINT
DIR TRAF SERV CDIV ROC ITYPE TRM ADC LANG BSEC
2369   00040415  0200110700  011151000  000001  28     0    00000000000000  F     0

Problem 2 : If I did "follow me" the calls to a DECT phone, and i am speaking on that dect phone to someone, i mean that dect phone is busy, and at the same time if a call lands on that Digital extension, they get BUSY TONE or short beeps. not the voice mail message "the extn you dialed is busy...." what this could be? is there some parameter setting to do with dect phone?
