Hi,

Just a quick question.

If calls are routed to a VDN on our definity (from an outside system) and then set to queue to a Skill group, would our definity present the routing system with a busy tone if all of the agent in the skill are on calls?

 
if the vector indicates that you provide busy tone when all agents are busy, then yes, if not then the callers should queue. this is provided that you have enough inbound trunks to take the inbound calls.
