With an option 11 is there a way to make the phone busy when dialed through programming in the switch? I am disconnecting someones phone and I want to leave them the capability of dialing 911 but I do not want them to recieve calls.

you can out the phone, and if you only want them to be able to dial 911 the best way to do so is to give then an analog set programmed as a hotline to 911,. but if you want them to be able to dial any number then just give them a non did and they will be able to make any outbound call, but will only be able to receive internal calls...

for a hot line to 9911..

ftr hot d 4 9911

go off hook and you'll get the man.. the dn can still be dialed.. a non did dn, or a 5 or 6 digit dn, along with ncos 0 and fre will block all calls except 911, if 911 is built as a spn with an frl of 0
