Have a 3300CXI. When any extensión is busy and receives a external call, the call is camped-on. How I can generate busy tone when I receive a externall call???? with internal call it´s OK.
Thanks.

change the auto camp on timer in the COS of the trunks to blank. in other words delete it and safe the COS. this should do the trick

It´s OK Mitelpassion!!! thank you very much!!!
I´m trying the same when the call is received from an automated attendant, but the call is camped-on. Do you know if it is possible to program??????

Go into the class of service on all the sets trunks etc and blank out the auto camp on timer this will give you busy tone.

Probably not if you have voicemail ports available to take the call, assuming your post meant that your are receiving calls going to an auto attendant.

However just change the auto camp-on timer to blank in the COS of your voicemail (auto attendant) ports. I think Caper might be onto something but have never tried it.

Good luck and let us know how it goes

Thanks again, I would like to say you that all your advices have been considered and tried, but it doesn´t work.

Do you have any idea, why it must be happened?

Thanks beforehand.

Please tell me something if you have any idea.

Motard, this should work. Please explain your scenario again.

Do you have an auto attendant "receiving" your incoming calls? Do you want busy tone at this point, or after it's been transferred to a station or attendant?

E

I need busy tone when the call has been transferred to a station from an attendant and the station is in speech state.
Thanks.
