Busy tone in extension

Hi

I have an extension with two lines thats receives two calls.

when i receive the third call the person who is calling gets ringback tone but my phone doesnt ring.

is it possible to return busy tone when these two lines are busy?? (when the third incoming call arrives)

My PBX is an Avaya Definity System

Check your phones first page and if there is a coverage path. If so where does it go? Display the overage path and see what happens to the call. Do you have Voice Mail? Try removing any coverage path on the first page of your station.

I remove a Coverage path in the station, as i have no voice mail configured for this phone.
