Hi all
I am new in mitel ,
I faced with a new problem with CO trunks, some time in incioming calls after ringing and answer the port stays busy and I have to reset or disconnect the line from ls board ,I am expert in alcatel-lucent in alcatel PABX there is an option that you can configure your external busy tone detection ,so is there this option in Mitel or how can solve my problem?

Only guessing here but offhand I suspect your CO trunks are mis-configured in the CO trunk circuit descriptor assignment form. The Mitel does not use tone detection for supervisory control on trunks (at least not to my knowledge). If they're T1-PRI trunks the supervisoryy signalling would be on the D channel. If they're analog loop start trunks there'd typically be a momentary current reversal or momentary open. I've seen this problem before and the fix has always been setting up the CO trunk circuit descriptor correctly.

I no longer support Mitel systems and when you're away from it for a while (and in your 60s) you begin to lose your edge. About a year ago someone shoved a Cisco Call Manager up my rear end and I've really been struggling to learn my way around it.

There is a form on the 3300 to add tone detection called "co tone detection". I have never used this before so can't assist (never needed), but looks as though to you can tailor some tone detection.

As MItelinmyblood said, check the ciruit descritor settings, except for a break in loop current, usually the default settings don't interact or monitor exhange signalling . Refer to online help.
