Help guys, My system just went in and I am getting a busy signal when dialing any of the DID's I can dial out but not in. when looking at in the switch it records the number that was dialing in and it says number plan unknown. What does this mean?

does the digits that the office is sending match (in length) to your ldn? my ldn is 1111, that determines that i will look at 4 digits from the provider.. if i rec 3 or 5, numbering plan unknown

and ties don't suffer from that prompt.. if the digits match a station it rings.. if you had analog did's they would work without an ldn entry as well

Are the DID's Copper or PRI??????

The info your talking about, where did you get it.

The circuit is PRI and the are pulsing 4 digits to the switch, the information when dialed into the switch shows each call coming in or going out as you are viewing through procom +

What LD are you viewing?? Give use a clue of what your doing. It's kind of hard to guess where your getting the info your posting here.

post your ldn data
