the situation is this.. one of our T1 providors screwed up and scheduled and performed a migration without scheduling a circuit to migrate to. Result T1 and phone systemdown indefinitley until they fix their problem. My temp solution ws to route the PRI over to the CS1000 for our other location for DN translation and what not.. and the PBX units are operating on 8 analog lines for incoming and 5 for outgoing.. My question is this.. is there a way for me to get some kind of report on how many calls are getting a fast busy when trying to dial in?

The only way is to get the telco to run the report. If the calls are blocked, your system will not even see them, so cannot produce a count.
