Busy Signal on a Polycom Phone

Hello - A newly available polycom phone with an number already assigne don it - from another satellite office - is getting a busy signal when dialing out. I can certainly look into in the Cisco Call Manager and will however if you have got any tips, it is really appreciated.

Make sure the calling search space is assigned correctly on the DN.

Thanks - That setting among some others in that area needed to be configured.
