Does anyone know why, if I am on another call, instead of the 2nd call going directly to VM, the caller is getting a busy signal? And if so how can I correct it? This question may have been answer here before but I could not find it. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Your VM ports are busy you may only have a 1 port vm and you may need to upgrade to a 2 port or 4 port vm

I got also a problem like this with line type 500, I don't have the FDN entry to set. How can I have this option available on a line type 500 ???

thanks inadvance

set in the cls fna

and when you get to the ftr options

ie..

REQ: chg
Type: 500

ECHG: YES
ITEM: FTR
FTR FDN xxxx <-- YOUR VOICEMAIL ACCESS NUMBER.

This should do it.
