Hey Everyone,
I have several IMX's in my fusion network. For simplicity sake i will label them as 1, 2, 3, and 4 with the number 1 being my main switch. Switches 2, 3, 4 are all connected through the main switch. So for switch two to call switch 3 it would have to go through switch 1. (At least this is how i understand the setup to be)
I can call any other switch from 1 just using the 4 digit extension and it works.
However, when a user tries to call switch 3 from switch 2 using just the 4 digit extension they get a busy signal (same for a call from switch 3 to switch 2). If they dial 9 and the full number to dial instead of the extension it works fine. I thought maybe there was a problem with the fusion link but i can call any other switch from 2 or 3 and it will go through.
Any idea what could be causing this?
Your help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
