Busy Search with 3+ items fail

I am using Windows 2000 Pro with Groupwise 6.0. When using the busy search facility I am only able to search on 1-3 users/resources, any more than this the busy search does not complete and is greyed out.

It is related to the specific machine, not the GroupWise account or 2000 local profile.

Any ideas?

Is this specific workstation connect to the Post Office via TCPIP or UNC path? If its UNC path, change it to TCPIP.

Found out what was causing this.... Checkpoint Firewall that we install on the machines for VPN connections.
