Busy peg on Traffic Report

I'm curious on if anyone else has run into this, and if so...what might have caused this issue. We have 3 LD PRIs with our carrier, and we normally look at a traffic report every Monday morning from their website to see how many busy calls were pegged in the previous week. Here recently, we had a busy call on a Sunday, and we are closed on weekends with very little phone traffic coming through. During the time this busy occurred, we had four calls hit our PBX. Is this a fluke, or could something else be causing this busy?

I've talked to my rep at the carrier, and she says it's a fluke (of course) and that calls only show in the traffic report as a busy if the PRIs were operational and all channels are full. Any ideas?
