Busy override

I´m having an issue with prefix *62 for busy override.

When the supervisor from call center gets into another call, the other user can´t place the client on hold.

We are using OPENSTAGE 20 HFA and OPTIPOINT 410 ECONOMY PLUS.

 
Whether or not you can use busy override is usually controlled by class of service. If the feature is not enabled in the COS or on the station it won't allow you to use the feature code.

I don't use it so i don't know the whole drill, but look at the KNOVR or Knocking/Call Waiting classmarks assigned to your station.
 
Does anyone know how can I disable the tone notification when overriding is in progress ?
